Tulsa Zoo

Today Megan was out of school and Bob took the day off. We went to the Tulsa Zoo. It was a very hot & humid day, a lot of the animals were in their dens trying to keep cool. Olivia really seemed to enjoy looking at the animals. It was a fun day!

Meeting Her Teacher

Thursday, I took Olivia to her new school where she will go twice a week for five hours. Her teachers name is Miss Rhonda. She seemed very nice. I hope Olivia adjust well to being left. I have not left her very much. I want her to be around kids her own age. I'll let you know next week how she does.... and how Mom does. She might have a harder time. Hehee.

Big Bed

"Look Mom, I am sleeing in a big bed.

Sunday night Olivia didn't want to go to bed. I asked her if she wanted to sleep in the big bed (twin bed) in her room. She said "yes". It took her over an hour to fall asleep, but she did sleep through the night. Then when it was time for a nap she laid in the big bed, however she did not sleep. Last night she slept again in the twin bed and fell asleep quickly. She was so tiered since she had been awake since 6:15 and not having a nap. She keeps saiying "sleep in big bed, Eeaa big girl". Olivia is 2 and 5 months old.

Megan's 1st Day of School

Today was Megan's first day of school for the new school year. She is in 7th grade. She is excited this year because she has some friends in a couple of her classes. Last year she didn't have any friends in her classes so she is so happy this year! Here's to a wonderful school year.

Megan's Dress

Since Olivia enjoys wearing the pink dress, Megan got out one of her dress-up dresses. It has seen a better day, but Olivia still enjoyed wearing it.

Blowing Bubbles In A Pretty Dress

Abby gave this dress to Olivia. She loves it. She wants to wear it all of the time. As you can see, she was even out-side blowing bubbles wearing the dress.

My Sister's Home

The last stop on our vacation was my sister (Julie) and husband (Gary) home. Their son's (Tyler & Kyle) were there also. We had a wonderful time!
