Welcome

Welcome to my blog. This is a journal of things in my life during the adoption process. If you want to start at the beginning you need to read backwards. What this means is go to the archives (January 2006) and read through to current time. I enjoy reading your comments, so please post your thoughts for me to read. Colette

Cheerleading....

I mean Pom. I call it Cheerleading, but Megan says it is Pom. They do dance moves to band music during the football games and a dance routine during half-time. These pictures were taken while my sister Julie was here. It was really windy, as you can tell from the photos.

Octoberfest

I am a little behind on my post. We went to Octoberfest here in Tulsa 10 days ago. My Mom, sister (Julie) her husband (Gary) and son (Kyle) came from Nebraska to attend. We all had a great time! Here are a few pics of the day!

Pumkin Patch

I met a friend and her daughter at the Pumpkin Patch. At first Olivia was shy and wanted me to hold her. After a bit she warmed up and started running around and playing.
Emmie & Olivia
As you can see.... she warmed up and started running.
Olivia enjoyed playing on the tractors.

There were a ton of play houses at the pumkin patch. She had fun running from one to another.

Towards the end it was getting warm, so we shed the jacket. Olivia didn't want to leave, I told her we would come back and bring Daddy & MayMay. Funny... we were at the Pumkin Patch but no pictures of Olivia with pumkins ... next time!

Pretty In Pink

I thought Olivia looked so cute in her pink dress and pink shoes. Sammi just jumped right up on the sofa to sit by Olivia. However, she isn't the photo dog like Cassie (our 1st dog). Cassie loved to have her pictures taken. She would look straight at the camera, even when it was on delayed timer and there wasn't a person taking the picture.
This month 3 years ago we put to sleep Cassie. She will be forever missed.
